PodCamp AZ Wrap-Up

My mind is still buzzing after having such a great time at PodCampAZ that it’s hard to concisely articulate my feelings, but to describe it in one word: AMAZING. Everyone was so friendly, I (re)connected with people, and made many great new friends. I made a bit of a roadtrip with my Southern California friends and fellow podcasters Douglas E. Welch and Megan Enloe to Phoenix.

I actually had the privilege of speaking, and a special thank you to those of you who attended my session on Sunday morning “The Art of the Interview”–and for those of you that missed it, I hope to have audio of it up soon. Thanks to our host, the University of Advancing Technology, and all the sponsors that made it possible. Most of all, huge thanks to Evo Terra, Brent Spore, and the rest of the organizers and volunteers, who worked tirelessly, above and beyond, to make PodCampAZ such an amazing event. PodCampAZ is, in my opinion, one of the premiere new media conferences on the planet. Apparently some of the best things in life do come for free!
